About
Hello, I'm Brian Roy, founder and coach at Tight Lines Training. My fitness journey, much like yours, wasn't always straightforward—I spent years training hard without the results I wanted. Everything changed when I began working with a dedicated strength coach who transformed my training approach. Within just three months, I was lifting 100 pounds more on each of my core lifts, feeling stronger, healthier, and more energized than ever.
Motivated by this personal breakthrough, I dedicated myself to mastering exercise science. I earned a Master of Science in Applied Exercise Science and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association—the gold standard in fitness certifications. Currently, I'm further advancing my expertise by pursuing a Master of Science in Sports Analytics, allowing me to integrate cutting-edge data-driven approaches into my coaching.
